RUBBER BELT WHEEL MUCKING LOADER FOR TUNNEL DIA. 2.0M OR ABOVEI. INTRODUCTION:
MLW Mucking Loader is 4x4 wheels drive all hydraulic driven loader. It is widely used for rock/ore excavating in hydro power tunnels, underground mining of gold, copper and metal ore etc.
It has articulated chassis, it is compact in size. With the struction modification, the rear conveyor can be extended to meet large dump truck loading requirement, which is most suitable for rock mucking in tunnel size of around 2,000x2,000mm above.
It can be used for loading railed mine car, 3-wheel dump truck, mini truck, belt conveyor system etc.
Power(Dual Power System, optional);Working, traveling and unloading of the MLW-80B mucking loader are all driven by hydraulic pump, which is driven by electrical motors built in the loader. This kind of powering system allows the loader to give ZERO exhaust air emission in working operation.
In addition to this, one diesel engine is given to drive the loader when long distance traveling is needed, or electricity is not available.
Controlling and Steering.The steering of the loader in traveling is controlled by the steering wheel in the driver cab. Hydraulic control levels are used for controlling the working actions. The entire steering, controlling and braking are hydraulic operated.
Conveyor SystemThe conveyor system is special designed belt conveyor. The Nylon Re-enforced high quality conveyor rubber belt ensure good durability of the belt. The conveyor is adjustable in both angle and flatness. General angle can be adjusted through hydraulic cylinders, and flatness of the conveyor can be adjusted mechanically. The rear end of the conveyor can be folded if needed for traveling or turning in the tunnel purpose. This allows the loader good mobility in small size tunnels.
Boom and ArmBoom and arm of the loader is box structure, it is strong in strength, light in weight, bigger in working range. Boom and arm are joined with floating pin axles; this gives longer service life to the Jib and arm.
To meet the different working height in the tunnel, the arm can be made into extendable arm structure, or hydraulic excavator structure arm. The extendable arm allows the loader to work in low height tunnel, while the hydraulic excavator structure arm allows higher productivity than the extendable arm structure.
Tyres.All the 4 tyres are solid OTR tyres. In tunnels with sharp and hard rock and gravel, this kind of solid OTR tyre reduces the time loss in tyre reparation and replacement due to cutting to aired tyres.
Chassis and Transmission SystemThe loader has articulated structure chassis. Basing on it, the 4 x4 wheel drive system gives it high maneuverability in operation.
